There isn't anything special about Laos cuisine. Having said that, we have enjoyed their local food immensely with some being familiar to our own.
Does this look like our very own you-tiao and ham-chee-piang? Somewhat similar, but i still prefer ours (:

Cant really agree with laos kopi, so this is a great caffeine fix
French-inspired baguette & very crispy croissant, commonly found in these ex-french colonies
How can we miss these local delicacies..
